Asset Management

Effective management of investments is a fundamental part of our work. Creating value at every stage of the investment and divestment process is essential and requires in-depth local expertise and close support for management. To this end, members of our asset management team provide daily support to the investments in our portfolio. They participate in governance bodies and are responsible for operational oversight, supporting commercial development, tracking the achievement of objectives, and managing exit strategies.

The team also ensures that internal governance systems are properly maintained and aligned with best practices, and that the risks inherent in the markets are effectively managed. To promote STOA’s values within portfolio investments, members of the team also sit on investment, audit, risk and compliance committees on a case-by-case basis.
